Is there an app that painless resets the Android radio bands changed with the code *#*#4636#*#*?

I bought an Xperia T2 Ultra in Mexico, but I moved to Russia.
In Mexico it worked great with 4G, but in Russia, it only worked with EDGE.
I dialed the secret code *#*#4636#*#* and changed the radio band to "USA Band" (the only one available)... it's been about 8 months since that mistake, I can only use it with WiFi, It won't detect any phone signal.

I don't want to hard reset it, so, I'd like to ask for your help:
Is there an App that painless resets the Android radio bands? or a fool-proof solution for that?
