Is there an app to make it easy to clear Google history and all related artifacts?

I periodically clear Google artifacts through my Google settings on my S10+. However, it does take quite a few steps, and certainly more than necessary, as Google's intent is to discourage users from removing browsing/search records. So, is there a reliable app that can make this a one-tap process? I tried Internet History Delete, which was terrible and typically locked up. History Eraser was no better. I don't mind paying if the app works well. Thanks.

Fastest way for me....open Google app, click Recent at the bottom, go to three dot menu top right, click My Activity, browser will open, click three dot menu top right, click Delete Activity By, choose option and delete accordingly.
