Is there an app where I can keep a 'diary' and attach texts, emails & voice recordings

I am on the hunt for an android app for my phone and tablet where it allows me to create daily diary entries and attach photos, emails, texts and voice recordings to those entries. I want to use it for legal purposes so I can keep everything in one place. Currently I have a paper diary, emails, texts and voice recordings all separately and struggle to keep track.

Google Keep should be able to help with a lot of that.
