Is there an optino for sound profiles?

Hey guys, I am new to both this site and android. I am a current blackberry user and have been doing research and looking around the forums and have decided that the inc2 will be my next phone ( in about a week ) I have found answers to most of my questions in this forum, but there is one that I can't seem to find and I hope to get some help. So here it is.......are there any options or apps or anything at all to create different sound profiles? I have this on my blackberry and it has become pretty important to me. I mean there are times when I am at work that I want my phone to only notify me of calls and text message and not email, facebook, etc.....And then there are times when I want to know that I have email and calls only......stuff like that. I hope that you guys will understand what I am talking about but if not let me know and I will try to explain better. Thanks in advance for any help.

When you get the phone, download a free app called quick profiles, you can then make your own profiles based on what you want, for example, i have a profile for night, which turns off all notification sounds, wifi, bluetooth etc and then reduces the ring volume to 50% so that it doesn't wake up the whole house...

Then in the morning, i select my day profile and it turns everything back on again etc..
