Is there any app that intelligently switches between GSM/WCDMA/LTE data modes?

I know about intelli3g but is there any other app for un-rooted android phones that can intelligently and automatically switch between GSM/WCDMA/LTE network modes? as this may reduce the overall battery consumption.
