Is there any good music player for Android that allows me to sync with my PC?

I know that you can do various USB-like syncing with MediaMonkey and the such but I found it rather lacking - It seems that it only sync the tunes without any additional metadata. Is there a way to sync play-count/rating/last-played-date to Android devices and then have the data synced back?
I find that feature really important in iTunes/iPhone but I don't see it mentioned enough regarding Android. Is it important for anyone else?

I've written an app that is still beta quality, but it does sync playcounts and last played time (no ratings yet) with iTunes for Windows. Your smart playlists should all work. Just search "iSyncr" in the market. Be sure to read the FAQ & tutorial, because there are still some gotcha's that I haven't worked out. Feedback is welcome.

check out double twist, I use Mixzing on my phone for music, Double twist will work with Itunes
