If you mean stock from Samsung, the phone came with Marshmallow, and it has gotten, or will get, an update to Nougat. And that's going to be it. (Flagship phones get 2 updates.)

If you mean when someone other than Samsung will come out with one, the people who write ROMS hang out on XDA Forums, so keep checking there. Also keep checking on CyanogenMod Installation to see if they develop a version for the J327P.

Doing a Google search for "Galaxy J3 Emerge SM-J327P ROM" gave quite a few hits. Why not look those over and chose what works for you.
