is there any way to bypass the previous email

i have bought the phone off some one they had re set it but must not of logged off of there stuff its now asking for the previous owners email n password well i no longer have contact with this person is there any way to get past this id like to use the phone i paid 200 for it

Welcome to the forums. There's no way to bypass this security feature and your only option is to get in touch with the previous owner. Sorry.
