AC Question

I'm interested in adding an automatic copy of my mail to each and every message I send,
Is there a way to do it with an LG G2?

@hallux,

I run four companies with at least three-five email addresses each, such as info@, MyName@, CustomerService@ etc., giving me dozens of email addresses to track. Because many of my clients use several of my companies, the client may email me through the wrong address such as sending orders to info@companyA vs CustomerService@companyB. This makes it difficult to remember which email address was used for a particular correspondence to a client.

Since I forward a copy of all incoming emails to a catchall address and bcc all my email replies from all my domains to the same catchall address, I can use Gmail's incredible search function in this catchall account to find all my correspondence with that particular client.

I use Thunderbird as my email client (which has a terrible search feature) and efficiently handle all my email there. That catchall window is always open on my desktop or phone so I can see what requires immediate attention and what can wait for later, without having to go through a dozen browser windows.

Thunderbird on my desktop is incredible and does exactly what @ac question is asking, but if I have to reply from my mobile device, I have to remember to type in the bcc address for the catchall account or the string is broken, a problem if I have to search that client at a later time. This makes me not want to email from my mobile and forces me to wait to reply until I get back to the office.

Auto BCC for gmail would be a great feature.
