any way to delete a recent at&t software download, which is eating memory

I recently downloaded and installed an att&t software on my samsung galaxy s4 and now the memory is being eaten up. Can I somehow delete the software install?

First, try a Cache Partition wipe, which is good practice after an update, and may fix the problem.
