Is there any way to program your phone to call someone at a specific date and time?

I got a call yesterday from a friend who usually calls me on my birthday. However, this friend DIED IN SEPTEMBER. I am totally freaked out! Could she have possibly programmed her phone to automatically call me on my birthday? Would the phone have dialed itself without her initiating the call???

I doubt it , maybe a realtive or friend has the Device.

Yes, an app called "do it later" can have phone calls or text messages programed for later dates... Even repeating dates.
