Is there any way to tell if my message delivered on the Samsung Galaxy S6?

I can't find any thread or article on this. It looks like you can turn on "Delivery Reports" for the Samsung Galaxy S5 and Galaxy S6 edge (plus I think)--and Galaxy Notes--but I can't find a similar feature on the Galaxy S6? Did they seriously skip out on Delivery Reports for this one model?

Is there any way to tell if my SMS delivered?

I've seen that link yeah... It says those instructions are for the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge + at the top though. I have the Galaxy S6 !

Hmm, well I don't have the S6, but I don't see why it wouldn't have the same option. If you're on a certain carrier, it's possible maybe they removed that option.
