Is there any way to turn off the "screen is pinned/unpinned" notification when you pin an app?

I often pin apps when I'm reading or watching videos because I get too many notifications that I want to receive, but not while I'm busy. The thing is, when I pin an app there is always a little gray bar that says "screen is pinned" which is really annoying. Is there anyway to turn this off?

I am unaware of any way to turn that off.
