Is there anyway to bypass the moisture warning when the phone is at 0% ?

[Android Central Question]

Phone is at 0%, when plugged in charger, it shows that there is moisture detected, cant startup phone, restart or anything because of the dead battery. Also im 100% sure that the port isnt wet.
