Hi, whenever i use the stock keyboard i always see a keyboard icon in the right hand corner. When i click on it, it shows me google voice inout keyboard but i can never disable this cause it's greyed out.

Just wondered if there's a way to remove it?

Are you talking about a keyboard icon notification in the status bar (which is usually at the upper left)?

Oh, that's the key that probably allows you to toggle between different languages, if you have multiple languages set up. Google Voice Input keyboard probably shows up by default, since it's an option--but you I doubt that you can completely remove it.

You disabled the whole Google app? That might be a bit drastic for some people.

For people who use the Google search bar, or Google voice search or any of those features, yes, that might be a bit drastic for them.
Otherwise, it proves it can be completely removed! All the other Google services are still functionnal and this is the only way I found to solve this =P
