@mustang7757 may know for sure, but I don't think you can. Maybe from the beta builds you could but if the bootloader version was bumped up with the stable release version, it may not be possible.

No u won't be able to go back but check out galaxy theme store and search One UI

Good Lock on the Galaxy app store will make it look pretty much any way you'd like... and it's much easier than trying to roll back your Android version
