Is there something I'm missing? No Gallery on Gear 2 Neo!

I have a T-mobile Gear 2 Neo without camera and I have tried everything to access the "Gallery" folder when connected to a P.C. or Mac? or Chromebook?... or anything for that matter!, I have "USB Debug" checked too!, but When I connect Neo nothing happens but the battery charging? and I have tried ever know USB cable known to man!.... so it's not a cable thing?... and I got a NEW replacement Gear 2 Neo and the same things is true for the second watch...
Got anything else I can try for this problem?

Do you have the Samsung USB drivers installed?

I have tried on Samsung Chromebook, and Windows 8.1 and it won't let me download? I even tried this Samsung USB Drivers for Windows 8 - Samsung USB Windows 8 Drivers Download, Universal Samsung Mobile USB Driver
