My S6 has the worst battery life of all my phones. I am at 23% with 9:30 hours since full charge and 1:50 of screen on time. Does that sound normal for this phone? Also the touch ID has not worked since day one. I've had it 6 days.

Try rescanning it, hold the same part of your finger down for at least 3 times then move it around to other area's of your finger.
If it's still not working then I would advise you to take it in the get a replacement before your 14 days are up

Sounds like you'll be getting around 3 hours screen time by the time the phone is dead. That's about what I get but I may get a little more some days.

Though my fingerprint scanner works without too many issues. Maybe reset the prints and re-enter them.

Yeah, I've redone the prints multiple times. I've even entered the same finger print 3 times hoping it would take. Now I deleted them all and don't use it. Maybe I should exchange it.

You have to be on the full webpage and not the mobile version to attach attachments.
But I would recommend going ahead and exchanging it so your 14 days before expires because then you'll have to go through the warranty department after 14 days.

I don't believe the "on screen" percentage in the battery app is accurate.
But the battery isn't horrible, and is definitely manageable, especially when you can gain 50% of your battery back in less then 30 minutes.
