I recently updated my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 WiFi Golden Brown after connecting it to my computer and I don't know if its U.S. firmware, by the way what is Cellular South?

Well, if it prompted you to update, it's gotta be official. WiFi models get their updates from Samsung, not carriers...

That's C-Spire, and it's an US-Based carrier. You should NOT install that unless Kies or your tablet prompt you to (which I don't think it will). The images at SamMobile are from all over the place, and the image you're seeing is probably from that carrier's version.

Well I actually flashed the jellybean one back in July because of a ROM I wanted to go back to stock ROM and it didn't have any carrier information or signals in the status bar so I think it is stock, and this is the country (XAR) number included in every cellular south download that you have to select on the website because there is no United States in countries on the website.
