Is this phone actually worth money?

On Facebook Marketplace, there is someone selling a blue Pixel that is stuck in a bootloop. They are asking $70 CAD (down from $150). I thought a phone that was stuck in bootloop was basically a brick. Or is this something that can be easily fixed? I love the blue colour and would seriously consider purchasing it as a backup to my Pixel 5, but only if it's something that can be fixed. Anyway, I'm mostly just curious if a phone that is stuck in a bootloop and won't turn on is actually worth anything. If so, how much?

I'd say it's primarily being sold for parts, although depending on the bootloop problem, perhaps it could be booted into Recovery Mode and the firmware reflashed.

It's definitely worth the money to me. In fact I just bought a brand new/unused sealed Google Pixel XL in the Really Blue color from eBay and it got delivered today. It's such a nostalgic thing of beauty to me! How I wish Google brought this Blue back!

I plan to use it as my photo backup / music streaming device while I'm working from phone. My Pixel 4A will remain my primary device when going out.
