So I wanted to find out if this would be possible. Can I buy a T-Mobile phone such as LG G3 or Samsung S5 with an unlimited data plan and watch unlimited Netflix, Hulu, and Sling TV on the phone itself? Secondly, is it possible to mirror these apps on a Fire TV or Chromecast?

With Lollipop update and the G3 or S5 you can cast most images from the phone to the TV with Chromecast. Plus both Chromecast and Roku supports Netflix and Hulu plus these Apps
On Sling-Box site they say this;
"Easy hand-off to AppleTV, Chromecast, or Roku" Slingbox.com - Slingplayer Apps
I would go with the Roku device since it also supports Amazon Prime TV.
