Is WebEX a huge battery drain compared to Xoom?

I only got a Galaxy S9 on closeout last November, so I don't have a lot of experience with it.
I recall I was in a Xoom meeting around then that lasted almost two hours and the battery was down by over 40%.
Today I had a job interview using WebEX and the battery went from 100% to 74% in about 28 minutes.

Is that normal for WebEX? My phone had been turned off and fully charged before I turned it on and downloaded WebEx for the meeting.

Next time I'll use a charger like I did with my old HTC One X+, but I was just curious.

2 hour Video calls will eat battery especially the smaller s9 which doesn't have the s9+ battery and do to the age of your battery as its not new even though u bought it recently , you have to take into account of battery degradation as they don't swap them out as they sit on the shelves ready to sell even new unopened box .
