ISO app/solution to allow toggle between network modes

I'm on a limited data plan and I'd like to be able to easily be able switch from LTE to 2g(or whatever mode is free). Any ideas? All the apps I've found give you a shortcut to network settings but not quite directly to the preferred network page. Thanks

Hardware specific? At&t. I've found some apps that do it but only if you're rooted.

Yes, sorry I understand that your hardware is the G5.....I just was speaking generally about various phones types ability. But the service provider is obviously the key ingredient here. Yup.....rooting is most likely needed then and that is the part that sux.
