Issue restoring backup on new phone

When I am trying to restore my backup, it prompts with the message would you like to give permission to it. After doing so, another message appear Choose an account, underneath there only add account. Even though my google account is already logged in the system. I do not understand why this keeps appearing. I haven't found any similar thread about this problem.
