Issue with 4G on Xperia Z3 Dual Sim

Hey,

I have this in the UK but can't get 4G on the second network sim (O2). I have it working for the first. Could someone confirm it should work on both?

I have rung up O2 and they confirmed 4G is up and running. I upgraded my sim so it's 4G sim and have downloaded the internet settings as suggested earlier. Anyone have any ideas?

4G network is not dual working. Only main sim slot. Sorry.
