Issue with answering call with headphones in?

I seem to have a found a problem at least on my ROM which the latest 2/23/12 build for Bobz's build.

My situation : I answer a call while my headphones are plugged into the phone. I can hear the caller just fine but they cannot hear me through the standard phone input. Once I unplug the headphones they can hear me again if they haven't hung up already. I am certain I didn't have to do this on the stock rom.

Anyone notice/have this issue? Any suggestions?

This is a known issue with cm7 based Roms. The dev's have working on this issue. Until a fix is found you'll have to unplug headphones to talk or get headset with Mic built in
