Issue with clock time/weather location?

this morning I have woken my phone up twice. Both times the clock is wrong (i.e. now it is 8:13 AM but the clock is telling me 3:13PM). The location says "tanga" instead of my current location. Once I refresh it seems to be working fine.

Anyone else?

lol yup, happened to me this morning. Showed me as being in china and the temp being 60 degrees.

Didnt relize it until I stepped out in 32 degree weather in a teeshirt.

I think this is a Sense bug. My fiance and both of my sons are in Minsk from time to time. It happened to my nephew the other night as well, but he was somewhere else on the Asian continent. All 4 of them have an EVO. As you said, a refresh sets it right.

It COULD be a carrier thing, but I've never noticed it, or at least not as much, as I have on HTC phones.

My OG Droid had a hard time with my location when displaying the weather location. I think it makes a quick location check that's inaccurate. It usually zeros in correctly after a few minutes.

Yep, mine says that I'm in Monrovia, Liberia. The funny thing is that when I got rid of the Sense widget and started using Beautiful Widgets, the problem went away.

Mine thinks I am in San Francisco when I am really in Florida. Not just the weather widget but the time on the phone as well. I can't get it to update. Any ideas?

EDIT: Nevermind. Pulled the batter and the time update. Eventually the weather did too. Still annoying though. I hope it doesn't keep doing this.
