Issue with Phone App. Issue with Phone App

When I receive a call the contact information does not appear and I have to pull down the notification screen to answer a call. When the call is done I must continue to tap the decline button to end the call. Sometimes that does not work and it looks as if I'm still on a call. Also the phone icon shows twice in the notification bar. Makes it difficult to see who's calling. Going back to N.

Hello! Wow, that is an annoying bug, for sure! Glad you are switching back. Hopefully those glitches get fixed ASAP!

This happened to me when I upgraded via the OTA. I had to do clean install of the OS for it to work properly. Haven't had the issue since I did.
