Issue with SDK

I'm not sure this is really the place to ask this, because it's more of a java issue I think -- but maybe someone experienced the same thing?

I got this dialog when I went to open it. I tried to do as it directed, but the "Path" is not an option in my "User Variables".

any ideas?
