Issues receiving MMS (SGH-I317/AT&T/4.1.2)

Recently, I've been having issues receiving images via MMS on my Note 2. The main issue is that messages fail to arrive or I get a notification of arrival, but it doesn't. I've checked all the settings on the Messaging app and the APNs used (same as when I bought the phone, no change). What else should I be checking?

Just to make sure--you have mobile data on, right? MMS won't deliver over wifi or voice signal.

Yep. Mobile data on, and even on solely mobile data.
