Issues sending SMS to NEW caller.

[Android Central Question]

I receive a phone call, I then want to send the caller an SMS, so I hit the SMS envelope Icon.

If I have recieved or sent an SMS to that person before then their number comes up automatically in the SMS to: field.

Issue,
If I have not had a call or SMS from that person before then I have to manually type their phone number in.

This used to work, but stopped working about 6 weeks ago.

I have no other issues sending or recieving SMS's, just the issue of no prefill on sending SMS to NEW caller.
