Issues with 5.0.1

Hi,

My Nexus 5 was recently upgraded to 5.0.1. After a period where things seemed to run more smoothly, I'm noticing some of the issues that appeared under 5.0 cropping up again. In fact, I would say that the battery drains even more quickly now. Occasionally, the home screen remains blank for a couple of seconds before redrawing after hitting the home button, something that happened regularly under 5.0. Smoothness of page transitions is also still an issue, though perhaps not as much as under 5.0.

Anyone else seeing / having issues after upgrading? Any thoughts on what I might be able to do to fix this?

Hello Jens. There are various issues that are, or at least seem to be, related to the Android 5 updates. I experience one or two myself. The battery drain is a common one. Your other problem I haven't heard of. But join in the discussions in the Nexus 5 forum.
