Issues with live wallpaper

Here's an issue that's been bothering me.

I downloaded a couple of live wallpapers off the market and applied them on the phone. Right there and then, it's alright. But when I try to unlock the phone and see a couple of minutes later, the live wallpaper is automatically replaced with a static wallpaper. I have my battery mode set to performance and I'm not using any kind of task killers (other than the one which came preinstalled with MoPho). Any idea why this might be happening?

I really want to be able to use the tegra 2 processor to show off :-[

EDIT: The same issue occurs even with the wallpapers that came preloadedtoo.

That's strange behavior. I'm not experiencing that on my phone.

Me either. In battery and data managment, what setting do you have the batt saver on? Set it to performance and try that.
