Issues with OTA update

Seems to happen if your screen went blank with no open app. Opening to home screen seems to make recent app & task manager.

Well, nothing helps. Now it happens pretty much every time I press the home button. Are we the only few who have this problem?

I don't understand why it does that. Of course you've tried to turn off and leave battery out for 2 minutes? If you have maybe it's a setting that needs to be changed or disabled.
