Issues with some technical stuff

Hello there,

I'm here yo ask if anyone else has an issue with their terminals, mine has a problem that affect nearly all the system, it starts to "lag" when I'm using it for a long term of time, I have already restarted and try to look if it was some sort of application the reason of the problem, but nothing, if someone has this similar problems and knows how to solve it I would be so pleased.

Are you saying that the lag persists even after a reboot?

Yes I have tried that information that you shared, even after that, the lag persisted, the lag starts some time before rebooting.

Other thing that I have to mention is that have activated the programer option that says "disable hardware overlay " and it seems to work, but one con of this is that the performance is a little bit slower as normal.

Safe Mode can help you narrow down an issue to something being caused by an app you installed vs. something with the system. If the problem goes away in Safe Mode, then you know that something you installed is responsible. It can be harder to pinpoint it further, though -- you may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem goes away to determine that.

Safe mode disables all 3rd party apps and this one way to see if any of those were a issue, try put phone back stock , meaning turn off developer settings if enable to start stock troubleshooting your issue.

I have already do all the stuff you mentioned guys, the problem is still there, other thing that I notice is that in games, the lag doesn't seem to appear.

Also I have already set the phone to factory reset and even though that solution, the problem still persist

When you say the lag starts after using it for a "long term of time," do you mean after you've been using it extensively in one sitting? If so, then the phone might be getting overheated, which can lead to throttled performance due to the heat.

No, it starts even though the heat is controlled, the lag starts like a drop of frames in a game.
