It's Been 2 Months and I STILL Love This Phone!!!

I'm getting 12 hours from the OEM battery now that I've did the bump charge, I guess the 1750 would really give me plenty of battery life.

What exactly is this "Bump charge it"?

I swapped to a Seidio 1750maH. Been great so far lasting 12 hours under heavy usage. If I'm really busy and not on my phone playing around as much it will last upwards of 15-16 hours give or take. The 5hr charge duration is the average you will get from any OEM HTC 1300maH battery. So your replacement won't be any better. Bump charge it and you will get about 8-10 hours out of it possibly.

Now as far as getting that sound and animation working this is exactly what I did and it worked perfectly. Try his removal and readd thing and see if it fixes it.

Basically, it's:
Turn phone off
Charge until light is green
Turn phone on
Turn phone off
Charge until light is green...
rinse repeat until light is green immediately when you plug it in
