It's been more than a month

Sweetpea, I'm 52, and I remember having to ask if stores took them or not... It also has to do with whether you were raised in an urban or rural area. I live in a rural area today where many small businesses have never accepted them... So no, you don't have to be *really old*... :-)
I'm 57...

I love my V20. No regrets whatsoever. I wouldn't call it perfect but It has the performance and features where it matters to me. I recently paired it with the Samsung Gear s3 so now I have Samsung Pay and S-Health which I missed from the Note 7 and S7E that I had prior to the V20.

For the most part, people are liking this phone it seems.. That's good.

I looked in the Pixel forum and I see more people complaining about that phone than this one.. But it could be because there are more active users in that forum.

One would assume the sheer number of devices sold is going to increase the chance of users with issues. Having said that, with 200K V20's sold in the US in 10 days, and minimal problems being reported, it certainly seems to back your statement. It does make for some sleepy forum browsing though :)

I did too. I guess the only "con" for me with the V20 is the premium but slippery build. Feels cool to the touch just like it should though. That's why I ordered the skin. I refuse to destroy the simple, slim aesthetics with a case.

If you leave the back clear cover on , it creates a lot of grip. Plus looks cool to me. I further added a wrap to the bottom portion only, which adds grip as well.

What about all the broken camera glass reports though? Has LG addressed this at all? It seems people with it get run around and end up having to send it to LG and possibly paying for repairs.

I haven't seen that many cases of broken camera glass on this forum, and even less on how LG is addressing it. With that said, I've dropped mine a bunch of times on hard surfaces with no issues(in a TPU Tudia case).
I was a little concerned at first, but if it was a big deal, we would have seen a lot more press about it. With that said, LG (or your carrier) should be able to fix it, quickly and without hassle.

If you feel young, that is GREAT!! :-)
Here... I just snapped a picture to show you the difference... It's not even 11 o'clock at night and I am already home, chillin' with the hubby and cats, even though it's my birthday 52 today... You, are probably at the club! Lol! Seriously though, I'd guess many of us "seasoned" folks are/were in some kind of tech field... U can't un-geek a geek... Could use the LG music right now.

You say this as if there are hundreds of users out there with this situation. On these forums, I've only heard of 3, maybe 4 accounts of this. The whole thing blew up because of a couple of reddit posts. It was in the wake of the Note 7 eff up, and the media took it and ran with it turning it into a much bigger story than it actually was. #shattergate? Really? After the first week of launch, the tech media pretty much never mentioned it again. Why? Because it's a non story.

You've mentioned this I don't know how many times already, and been given the same answer by several people who own the phone. If it is this much of a concern for you, buy the Tmobile version that already has front and back screen protectors on and call it good, or forget the V20 and find something else that meets your needs.
