Itunes Audiobooks

Hi -
Is there a way to play my audobooks from Itunes on the HTC rezound? I thought I could upload them like an Ipod and play them, but alas, no.

Are ebooks the only problem? Or, does all iTunes content fail to work outside of the Applesphere?
