Itunes equivalent for android

is there a music manger like itunes but for android ?

something that i can syns music from my computer to my nexus s ( using Player pro )

p/s: i really enjoy itunes for some reason.

as far as i know, google music is only for cloud storage.
and doubletwist have its own music player app ( and i hate that application )

is there a music management application that work with Player Pro ?

I use MediaMonkey to manage all my digital music, it does a bang up job with multiple devices. I believe Windows Media Player will sync music to Android like any other device.

You can store tracks natively too, I believe.

i just like the ability to easily add music to my itunes ( drag and drop into the software, then edit the whole album and add artwork )

There are many apps that do the basics. Windows Media Player comes with Windows, and is free.

MediaMonkey is a sophisticated library app that makes iTunes look like an old 1970s Panasonic 8-track player. But I find it very very good for syncing music to multiple devices.
