i've format my data on costume recovery mode. and now my com.android.phone on my nexus for has gone! and if i want to reboot my phone, the phone say no OS Installed! Are you sure you wish to power off ? and if i reboot my phone it's stuck in google logo, please help me guys!!1

OK, you did the equivalent of formatting your computer's hard drive...

Go here: [HOW-TO] How to flash a factory image / return to stock / unlock / root # - xda-developers

and follow the instructions... and, ummm... maybe be a little careful with what you do in Custom Recovery?

Also take a look at AC's own guide on reloading the factory image. It might be easier to follow than XDA's.
