I've got a problem with my phone's screen

Hi ,
Few days in the past , My Alcatel onetouch idol (6030x) faled on the ground and the corner got a little bit damaged , now I was playing and suddently the screen got some paralel horizontal black lines and some vertical couloured ones wish appear only in some occations like when I open the task bar , well I've got no idea what the problem could be I waiting for your answers
