Hi there. I?m using the Sony Xperia Z1 about 1 year, and already test its waterproof resistence in a swimming pool. But yesterday, I used again in teh swimming pool and got pictures and videosunder the water. Them the phone worked with no problems. At night it wont turn on. I left it on charge all night on and today`s morning it turned on, i?ve made a call to test and it worked. But now the phone wont turno on again and wont charge too. Do you know what I have to do?

I have been reading the board and haven't found a similar problem.
Since I installed kitkat 4.4.2 I have been having problems with my phone. The problem that I have is that sometimes the touch screen is opening programs, making calls, pressing buttons on its own. Sometimes when I turn it on it just preses one number many times, if I have open my contacts or last calls it just calls any of my contacts and when I try to stop the call it takes a while before it registers that I pressed end call button.
I already tried factory reset and it is not working.

Does anybody have similar problem? Can somebody help me?

I've got an xperiaZ1 and i dropped my phone so the display's damaged and theres a crack on the phone too and my phone has a pattern screen lock .
i need to transfer all the data form my phone to my mac before sending my phone for its needed repair as they said that all the data would be lost but theres a problem that i am facing while doing this when i connect my phone to the mac via the USB cord it says you need to unlock your phone for transferring the data . I've tried randomly putting my pattern on my screen so as to unlock it but it dint work out .
i will have to give my phone the day after for its repair .
is there any other option to unlock my phone
please help me
