Have had both. Still have the Tab. The screen is remarkably better on the Tab.

The irony here is, Samsung at one point in history had a zero tolerance for dead or stuck pixels. I was an early adopter for the 1st Galaxy tab. Would you believe I couldn't get one from best buy either sprint or Verizon without at least 2 or 3 lit pixels? I'm talking about 6 exchanges. I went through the same with Playbook, as for me this is a deal breaker. I'm sitting this one out for the moment.
