I ordered my 32 Black on Nov 2nd at 5:25 central.... still pending with a ship date of 11/22....

Update... My friend ordered his on the 2nd as well and his is shipping! He received his email yesterday at 10 ish pm Central time! He just informed me that they screwed up the exchange email sync... wtf!

Ouch. You guys are mean. I had successfully convinced myself to wait before ordering since the shipping dates were so far out. Then I saw that people were getting the white phones (which my wife wants) shipped within a couple of days. Aargh! So, I ended up ordering one.

11/5 32gb blk was just charged to my card this morning. Supposedly that means it's shipping, but there's reports that this isn't necessarily the case. Let's hope it's the former. I'll let you all know how things turn out.

Sooo... nothing to report. No shipping confirmation email. No change of status on order detail page. Status still Pending and leaves warehouse on 11/26. But they charged my card! Isn't there some legal issue here? They can't charge until it ships!!

Considering it's the weekend there systems generally don't get updates for shipping info. I would expect to see the status change on Monday.

On further investigation, this looks like a "reauthorization". I see there was an initial auth made the day I ordered (for the full amount) and then again today at 12:49pm Eastern. This is probably to maintain the authorization so that when they're ready to ship and "settle", the authorization will still be valid.

Major false alarm and I'm afraid I may have to wait until 11/26 for this baby to ship like the order detail says.

Bummer.

Wow, I need to stop reading these forums. I had ordered the N4 two months ago when it went on sale with every intention of using it for 12 months.... Broke down an hour ago and ordered blk 16gb N5, came to this thread to celebrate, read the posts, had buyer's remorse.... cancelled my order and ordered the blk 32gb N5 model (and added 2 day shipping to boot)!! I also need to cut up the credit card!

Btw, I just ordered one of these bad boys on the 12th, and it just shipped today. Estimated date of arrival: November 18
It was a 32GB white; I previously ordered one on the 3rd (it was a 16GB black) and received nothing, in terms of information..
So I ended up budging, and just going all out. I really wanted the black, but the white looked sleeker. My first android phone!

I ordered a black 32GB Nexus 5 on Nov 6th , the day it went from 2-3 weeks to 3-4 weeks and it is still pending. Hopefully it will get processed soon.

Mine was charged Last Wednesday night and shipped Friday morning, so it took about 1 day give or take from charge to ship

Sorry should have given more detail. Black 32gb ordered 11/2 charged card was charged second time last wed and shipped fri. If you were charged second time it took about a day to ship at that point or when the charge posts.
