Ordered 2 32GB Black Nexus 5s. Might stay with Sprint if they let me activate these phones without entering a contract, mine has expired. Or, thought about T-Mobile but keep getting their reps telling me I would be subject to roaming charges from AT&T if I am in an area where they have no towers. Is this true and thanks.

Keep checking back. A friend of mine said the same thing then it was available again shortly after. If they are showing out of stock then back in stock it could be a strategy to control inventory and know how many purchases have been made and not get into a back ordered situation for people that actually got confirmation on the purchase.

I ordered the 16GB White version. My first choice was black, but it was out of stock. Most of my phones are black now anyway, so this actually works out better for me.

just ordered the 16gb white, since the black was not in stock. November 8th ship date, paid for 2 day shipping since it was only 20 cents more

Ended up ordering the 32 gb black. Took me way too long to decide on which color I wanted so I missed the 16 gb price point. But whatever. I'm happy about this.

Wasn't a fan of white back black front before but for some reason I really began liking this oreo. Maybe it's the ridiculous huge black camera housing and dark ceramic buttons that are tying it all in.. ;-)

Ordered 32 GB black. It'll be great to be back on the Nexus line. My 4 broke and I've been using an HTC One, which has been a great phone, but I prefer a Nexus.

So interestingly enough, I just checked again on the site. They definitely still have 16 gb white showing as available again. Went with that. Don't know if that matters for anyone, but I'd check the site again if if does.

Don't know about tomorrow but you never know. Maybe just giving themselves a little wiggle room and maybe it will ship earlier than expected. I'm under the shipped by 8th status as well but honestly I'm just glad to have gotten the order in before it sold out.

My order has just said

"Order not completed"
It is taking a little longer than normal to process your order. We will let you know via email when your order is complete. This can take up to 15 minutes.

and then "pending" for the last 2 hours. No email confirmation.

I'm going to be pretty angry if I get cancelled :'(
