Ordered mine on 10/31 with an estimated delivery of 11/11. got the shipping and tracking information today with a Now estimated delivery of 11/6..pretty happy about that.

I ordered mine the 29th through Verizon and its been saying the estimated ship date was the 29th. One thing did ship and arrive which was the insurance info. However there has been no update to the actual phone and it continues to say expected ship date 10/29.

Ordered on 10/31 and status finally went to "Order Complete" this morning.. Still waiting to get a tracking number and see status change to "in transit"

Clearance Delay?!?! Has anyone else got this? I ordered on 10/31. Got tracking number with estimated date of arrival for 11/9. Checked it again this morning and it's in Memphis with a Clearance Delay saying it requires a commercial invoice.

I got this as well.

Spoke to FedEx, they said the seller has to provide documentation to clear customs. "Happens all the time, no need to be concerned"

Spoke with Verizon, They said that because it is a Moto Maker device, it comes from Motorola and they provide the paperwork. "Happens all the time, no need to be concerned"

Spoke with Motorola, they said it is part of a large shipment from Verizon and is just part of the normal customs process. "Happens all the time, no need to be concerned"

I guess I shouldn't be concerned.

Just checked tracking. Looks like it cleared customs and back in track for delivery Monday. Woohoo!
