Ordered Galaxy S7 Edge from T-Mobile "Onyx Black", will get 64GB microSD and Mophie case

You guys are lucky! I ordered on the 24th and still nothing. Hopefully I get something today or tomorrow.

I tip my hat to T-Mobile for pushing out these phones well before release. To me, it looks like the other carriers need to step up. Many people would make the switch just for this reason.
I can't say much for Best Buy. Only reason I went with them was for the free SD card. Maybe next year I'll go direct with carrier. It's all about the freebies though. Might as well take advantage of them.

Between 4-5 various Android sites I've checked and Reddit....it seems like a few dozen people have reported getting the notice. I'm sure there are more that just haven't checked or seen it.

If it's anything like last year, this is the start of the full blown shipments. I imagine that a more widespread roll out starts on Monday.

I just checked my bank account and this is what showed up.....pending T-MOBILE.COM*U ...so maybe Monday I'll get a shipping notice.. But on My T-Mobile page under order status, it just has Being Processed at the top of the page. and I got my Spigen case in today.I placed my order on Thursday night from Amazon and and got the case in today. I had a delivery date of Monday but got it today instead.

T-Mobile preparing to ship??

Ordered on launch day last week and T-Mobile charged my credit card today for the s7 edge. Order status still says "Being processed" but they are pretty good at only charging the credit card when it's ready to ship.

Hmmmm....

Sure enough.... I just checked my credit card account....and it shows a charge from T-mobile pending, with a transaction date of today.

I remember the Tmo rep said my card would be charged when it was shipping out.

Come on baby!

Just logged on to myups and found a tracking number from tmobile. Shipped last night from Washington. Woohoo!

Yes we are lucky to have the un-carrier without any ugly carrier stamps on the phone or modify manufacture software, remove bunch of options etc. Still prefer unbranded phones but if I have to pick a carrier branded phone it would be TMobile or may be Sprint to some extent.

I think the reason why T-Mobile ships early is because they don't lock phones down with bloat. Therefore it does not take as long for them to prep their phones like ATT and Verizon. Just a theory with is probably wrong...
