Checked in & was informed that all of BB's S7 promos were sold out?

Ive had my phone since 3/8 and can say this is by far the best phone I"ve ever encountered....and I have had my share of phones!! Just checked on my promo and it has alreay been approved now just waiting on them to ship me my gear2 !!!!!!

Mine is still processing and I can't get an answer from them. Still says the 31st and they even said that it could get backed up further. That the 31st is just an estimate. I'm disgusted. It's ridiculous. Especially considering I'm upgrading from am s6 edge. Had to pay off my edge balance which wasn't cheap. You'd think they'd push this through. I've been a customer if theirs for 10+ years and am always a month early on my bills.

I still have my Samsung Galaxy S5 on Verizon fully customized and rooted. I heard good things about the S7 but the biggest thing that deters me from buying one is the fact the removed the option for a removable battery! I do like that they brought back water resistance and micro sd card capabilities to the S7!
