Hmmm, there is a possibility that what you heard was a butchered version of a French accent, considering depending on what part of Canada they are in, it is a totally different dialect. Which is not considered French Canadian, as French Canadians actually can speak proper English. Just keeping you in the know.

I had a harder time understanding their French (because of accent and different vocab) than their English. Their English was excellent. No problems here.

Rich... Do yourself a favor and get yourself a hobby. Maybe take up gaming or something. Anything to get your mind off of constantly checking to see when your phone will ship. Time will pass much faster for you, and before you know it... Your phone will ship. You will get it don't worry.

No offense but with the amount of times you have called them complaining I would magically lose your order right about now. Although that would also explain why I'm not in a customer service industry.
