"I've ordered my HTC 10!" (Order & Shipping Discussion)

Interesting, they charged mine immediately. It was PayPal (not PPL credit) and went right to my bank.
 
No charge here yet either. Also, I still cannot access my account. Every time I try and log in I get an error message asking me to enter a valid email address. Spent 40 minutes on the phone with HTC and all to no avail. Was hard going to. The person spoke English but not to the point whereby it wasn't frustrating :( She did confirm that my order was in the system. Guess I just need to wait and keep my fingers crossed that it will actually ship.

Just take the order number from the email and click forgot password on HTC's site. Once you do this it will ask for an email address and order number populate and it will send you a link to reset the password once you do this it will give you access. Based on what they told me while I had the same issue is that we should have been prompted to do this once we got the confirmation email but that never happened in my case I only received confirmation but no temp password.

Tried that already, but just tried it again for sh!ts and giggles....still no luck. It always tells me to enter a valid email address. Very frustrating. I get the emails with the link to change my password, so that proves my email address is valid and that is what is on the order! I get a confirmation email that my password was updated, but no joy, can just never log in. Go figure.
 
I'm so stoked. I'm trying to figure it out, though. Paypal said I've been charged, but the bank has no record.

Hopefully they don't figure that one out anytime soon! ;)
 
Don't enter an email address. If you do it on computer instead of cell phone, you can scroll below where it asks for email, and you can enter order# and password from your order email. Hope that helps!

I haven't been able to check my order status. Email/credit card won't work since I used PayPal credit, and Order#/Password won't work since the confirmation email did not give me a password. It says "Please note, your password will not be displayed in this email if you did not use Guest Checkout". I think I used guest checkout since I don't recall signing in anywhere to pre-order (other than PayPal of course).
 
I just tried to check me order, and I can't pull mine up either. I order via credit card on HTC.com on April 12th.
 
Best thing to do iso HTC and they will refund you the $100 ,had similar situation when the Web site was having issues
